Sunset in Kyoto, sunset in upstate NY, both reflect in the same sky on earth.
We happened to live at the same time, happened to be at the same place so we met. Then we look at the sunset together here and there. Masayo and I would enjoy many more sunset together here and there on this small precious planet while we share some specific sensitivity go beyond the food or art.

京都左京区の夕陽も、NYアップステートの夕陽も、同じ地球から見た同じ空に映る。たまたま同じ時代を生きて、たまたま同じ場所に居合わせて出会えて、こうしてまた一緒に夕陽を眺めてる。これからも雅代ちゃんとはそんな風に一緒にいろんな夕陽をいろいろな場所で眺めていくんだろうな。食とか絵という世界を超えてある特別な感性を共有しながら。
