A fabulous old school French Bistro in Kingston. I told the killer bartender lady my mood, and asked her to improvise original aperitif for me. Then she dropped delicious bomb juice. She already got 6 more orders before I was honored to name this big hit “Tiger Lily” ・

食べ物を前にすると雅代ちゃんの眉毛が上がる。キングストンで料理人の眉毛は上がりっぱなしだった。

キングストンにはクラシックなフレンチ・ビストロがまだ残っている。タダモノじゃなさそうな、女性バーテンダーに気分を伝えて即興のおまかせアペリティフを作ってもらった。いきなり多客からも6オーダー入るほど絶品のキラージュース。謙虚に「Tiger Lily 」と命名させていただいた。
