I will be the first person to tell you if you want to build a great set of legs include BACK SQUATS!! But If you’re working around an injury that doesn’t allow for heavy squats, or if you just want to give something new a try you will find it’s a great leg workout!
1a. DB straight leg RDL-3x10
1b. Pistol squats 3x 6-8
1c step ups 3x 15 each leg
Complete in a tri-set and then rest 90 seconds
2a. DB walking lung 3x10
2b. Single leg hip up 3x10
2c. Side stability jump
Rest 90 seconds between triset rounds
3a. Single leg press 3x15
3b. Single leg hamstring curl 3x15
3c. pop lung/squats 3x 10 each.
