6 years ago today, we opened our shop on Spring Street with 4 employees, not knowing what would happen. Waking up this morning in LA as we get ready to open our first restaurant tomorrow, it seems surreal, but then I see all of these happy guests who greeted us in Soho this morning. It’s our hardworking teams and all of our guests from all over the world that keep us waking up every morning to do what we do. Thank you, and Happy 6th birthday, DAB!
