Take me back! For those of you who don’t already know, I have ADHD and a very spontaneous passionate personality. I am constantly looking at new ways to improve myself, my business and my friendships. I cannot sit still or do the same thing for very long. I thrive on hustle, staying busy and being productive. Sometimes I get so ahead of myself that I have to force myself to take a moment to relax, be in the moment and enjoy the now. For three days and three nights, I forced myself to put my phone down, relax, unwind, read books, listen the ocean & breeze and just enjoy the now. Do you ever take moments to do this? I felt so refreshed and thankful I had done it. Sometimes we get so caught up in chasing our dreams or carrots that we forget that we already have so much to enjoy and live in now.
