Morning 🤓 Show some hands if you think women should lift 🙌🏻 Despite how my recent videos look, I’m not going crazy heavy right now (the plates are big, but they are lighter weight)... but I am challenging myself, just focusing more on technique and getting comfortable with the new training 🏋🏻‍♀️ For sure getting stronger and no joke the best thing ever is how much I can STUFFMAFACE and still be lean-ish 😂 It’s the most amazing feeling to not deprive or limit myself in anyway. I share this because I know many women struggle with that. Feeling my healthiest mentally and physically, and having more fun than I ever have during workouts 😛 Have a great weekend everyone
