My longest run in a while to get to the top of a mountain and back to the lodge we are staying at here at altitude.

21.23km and 1hour 48mins with heaps of steep climbs, some swirping birds, beautiful scenery, a couple of river crossings, a bit of snow, and getting up to around 1880m. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Quite a slow pace (5.07per km) compared to most runs but fine for the mountain climb. The extra few km's worth it for the views and all part of the journey towards the Commonwealth Games and beyond.
