Stretching out after a big week of training for my first week at altitude. 95km in 6 days (Sunday-Friday) and arriving here Monday. Lots of general runs, 2 hard interval sessions, some easy strides after runs, core and 2 gym sessions. Super grateful to have a day off tomorrow before back into it all again from Sunday.
