It’s not always easy but it has to be done. Fitness was not always a passion of mine. I first fell in love with the feeling of challenging myself; It started with running in high school and as I got older I started weight training. I love that I’ve been able to transform not only my body but also my mind through it all. Trust me, sometimes i don’t wake up ready to train, I’m tired, sore, and not motivated. BUT, the only way I’m going to get better is if i make the right choices and push past the excuses and get shit done. .
