I spent the last few of days in the remote #santamarta mountains of Colombia, filming quick and elusive birds with the @wherenextlife crew, an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a beautiful farm house on the side of the mountain with a view that extended all the way out to the Caribbean Sea, a breathtaking place. This horse was one of the residents here and he has quite the life, a lush pasture he shares with a few other horses and endless rolling hills. I spent a lot of time filming and photographing him in particular, he had a very wild spirit to say the least and was quite unapproachable initially. I can’t wait to share some of the video footage I captured of him, running at sunset on the steep mountain side. More soon!
