今日はゴールドジム原宿アネックス店で美尻トレ(13日発売)の出版記念イベントをやらせて頂きました！
関係者の皆様、前日から、マシンを動かしてくれたゴールドジム、フィットネスショップの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！

150名熱い女子に集まって頂きました！！みなさんお越し頂き本当に本当にありがとうございました！
そしてスペシャルゲストに
MIHARUちゃん(@miharufitness )やフィットネスエンジェルのみんな @アミンカレダ ちゃん、@maotoriumiちゃん、@古渡奈々子ちゃん、予定を変更して駆けつけてくれました。本当にありがとうございました！

みんなの尻熱は凄かったです！
ただ一つ言いたいことは、尻トレは決してブームではない。
自分と向き合うためのツール。他人の評価のためではなく、自分を強くするためにやって欲しい。

そしてフィットネス、運動を自分の生活にいれて、もっともっと人生を充実させることができたら生きやすい。
何度も言うけど比べる対象は前の自分。他人ではない。
そして、尻は誰でも絶対変えられる！自分の努力で良くすることができる。だから、平等で、頑張る価値がある。本を読んだだけは尻は変わらない！読んで実行にうつして欲しい。絶対結果はついてくるから！

Thank you for having this special event today! I really appreciate all the staff and my people who came to see me! This was great that 150 people, women, got together and did booty training! I hope they all enjoyed! What I wanted to say the most is this booty training is not trend! It’s what we need to create self-confidence! It’s not others who you need to compare to. You can only compare to your before, not someone else. And reading this book is not gonna make your booty sexy, you actually need to DO the movement, so don’t wish for it, work for it!!
