Tis’ the season to make a gingerbread house! Truth be told this is my FIRST time ever doing one! You can definitely get crafty and make one from scratch but, this no-fuss-mom isn’t going for that. There are plenty of ready-made kits to buy and that’s exactly what I did. It’s such a great weekend activity, and with the holiday break quickly approaching, a great busy project to consider. TIP: My advice is to buy two, yes, two. Because there’s always the possibility the gingerbread could arrive broken during shipping and handling. And who knows, you might need some more icing and candy like we did cause someone (AKA Evelyn) kept eating it!
