This ball costume is called 'Gingham Woman' and it's by Brenton Heath-Kerr, acquired by the museum in 1994. Made from blue and white checked lycra gingham complete with matching mask, (cardboard) handbag and clogs. This costume takes both coordination and fabulous to the next level.
