Second, let’s be honest most of us had too many treats these past few weeks and you may feel bloated and worried that you let it all go to waste. .

I know I can’t find my abs even if I suck in and squeeze super hard ?? trust me I tried, and good lighting couldn’t help me either. It’s sooooo normal to fluctuate. .
Im here to say it’s OKAY and you didn’t fully lose yourself. Just re route and get back on track. .
Im starting fresh by cooking at home 5-6 days a week or having my meal prep by #nutritionsolutions . This way I’m in full control of what Im eating. Then I’ll reward myself with 1-2 cheats a week. Im going to start sharing my recipes on @hopebeelfit with the hopebeelmeals. I know a lot of you ask what the recipe is after I cook on my stories and now this way you’ll have them all at your fingertips.
