A little hyperlapse of my last stretch session at the gym ☺️?? @goodlifehc
For those of you who have asked me, I stretch after every workout (even if it is 5-10min) and I do a longer stretch in the evenings in front of the tv ?? ...you probably also notice that I do yoga most mornings (30-45min) ???
For me, yoga is my mind recovery and time to be creative and have some fun with flows ?? Stretching is more like body recovery, working on my mobility, and injury prevention ??☺️
Either way, both are awesome and will improve your fitness and health ?? just remember ‘a little bit each day is way more beneficial than 1 big stretch only once a week’ ...if you need to, just do the tv thing at the end of your day! ??
