For my first time attending the MMVAs I wanted to make a cool entrance. I had just gotten my driver’s license and knew that celebrities typically get dropped off at red carpets in SUVs. So I thought, “Hey, what if iiii drove myself to the red carpet in a cute mini cooper!” The car was ordered and reserved for me to use. I was THEN told, oh by the way the car is standard transmission. I had literally just gotten my driver’s license two months earlier, solely trained for with automatic transmission. So, now, with 1 month of driving experience, I had a couple weeks to learn how to drive standard in order to drive a borrowed expensive car for a nationally broadcasted award show arrival. Awwwesome! I was very nervous and my dad’s comment was, “She’s going to stall!” Lol thanks Dad… As it ended up, I drove that mini cooper without stalling OR running over anyone! Bonus!! #mmvas
