15 Minute Full Body Hotel Room Workout ? Again, this is the reality of training when travelling - squeezing in quick bodyweight circuits before I start the day! ?? Today’s was power intensity but more strength focused: ➡️ Burpees ➡️ Sumo Squats with Pulse ➡️ Push Ups ➡️ Half Rep Glute Bridges ➡️ Deadbugs ?? 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. 3 rounds.
