Right now in America we need change! We all know it! The direction we are headed in is bad and we need to rethink how we deal with each other and certainly we need to rethink our laws. If we the people are challenging our elected officials to do what's right by us and they don't listen to us, we must vote them out when the time is right!! No special interest group should be able to sway our elected officials more than the people they represent. Right now we need the people in this country to love our children more than the right to carry assault rifles. My father served in the armed forces so I have always cherished our military and the way our men and women have protected our rights. I believe in our constitution but now is the time for change. It's ok to change your mind!!!! Sometimes being a leader requires you to follow! Let's follow the example of many other countries around the world that have lessened mass atrocities in their countries simply by putting tougher restrictions on guns. Listen to the desperation in the voices of the surviving students of the Parkland massacre.
