Full Body Workout ? This morning I smashed out a full body weights workout ?? It consisted of supersets of upper and lower body exercises performed back to back. Here’s how it went: ➡️ Deadlifts 3x8 & Pull Ups 3xfailure ➡️ Squats 3x8 & Barbell press 3x8 ➡️ Hip thrusts 3x8 & tricep push ups 3xfailure ➡️ Romanian deadlifts 3x8 & seated row 3x8 ➡️ Walking lunges 3x8 each leg & tricep extensions 3x8 ?? I was focusing on lifting a little heavier which is why my reps are 8 rather than 10-12+ ?? Wearing @adidas Women ? #zvdworkout #fullbodyworkout
