There’s a reason the Bulletproof diet isn’t a traditional keto diet. It’s a cyclical keto diet, which means you eat keto for 5-6 days a week and then have a carb re-feed day.
That’s important because going in and out of ketosis on a regular basis teaches metabolic flexibility.
Instead of going low-carb all the time, come out of it every now and then (even just for a day) and you will have more of the building blocks that help your body function.
