Although I’m smiling, #18point1 made me cry (just a little ha), rip, and bruise my shoulder 😂 Initially I was debating on doing scaled because I just learned toe to bar and I could just barely get 35lbs over my head BUT I’m super happy I decided on RX and really pushed myself. Going into this one my goal was to get at least 200... so ending with 234 makes me pretty happy (deep down I was hoping for 250 🤷🏻‍♀️🙃) proud of myself none the less!
