20 Minute Legs ? Here’s the leg workout I did today and damn it got me sweating ? Complete 4 rounds (with minimal rest) of: ➡️ 8 Romanian Deadlifts ➡️ 8 Goblet Squats ➡️ 8 Hip Thrusts ➡️ 8 Reverse Lunges (per leg) ? Use weights which challenge you, when you’re training for a short period of time you need to push yourself! ??
