Lunch at our loyal Franklin’s BBQ with the most inspired man I know, Robert Rodriguez and his wife, Marci. We’ve known each other since “Mimic” when he was doing 2nd Unit for Guillermo Del Toro just after he finished shooting “From Dust Till Dawn” with Clooney and Tarantino. With enough history we sit at lunch and look back as we drew out our dream homes on paper, hoping to one day have an oasis of storytelling and families and friends to share in that.
