Resistance bands workout! Although #secretsthevine does have a full gym I was feeling a lighter workout today and decided to go with bands and light weight! Don’t be fooled - band workouts BURN and really fire up that peach ?

Side lunge shuffle x 20 reps
Step with lunge and shuffle x 13 reps each side
Step and slide down and back
Duck walk to squat pulse down and back
Shoulder press light weight x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds and repeat 3 rounds
