When Monday feels like Sunday☀️?????? .

I try to not work every day. It’s hard. I deeply enjoy the work I do and there is a part of me that just keeps going and going and going. This pic is from a few weeks ago - psyche! (sike? How do you spell it!)? Actually I’m by my computer right now. Working. But. I have a good view. I’m drinking a Kombucha. Writing, on a roll. The only thing keeping me from enjoying this moment as much as I would being on the beach right now is the idea in my head that I “should” or “could” be somewhere else. I choose to sit here, to work, to write, to plan the week ahead and tick things off my to-do-list. It’s a choice. Moving my companies forward and accomplishing things I have set out to do fulfills me. Lounging on the beach is great... Manifesting greatness, better. So when my mind tells me the story of coulda woulda shoulda... I take it as a cue to return to the here and now. To drop back into my breath. To enjoy this moment, now. To write. To work. To be. And when I’m on the beach for sunset thinking about work later on today I’ll do the same... In reverse? Be - Here - Now. In work and play. Its a practice. And it might just be the key to a good life❤️
