IF you don’t take care of yourself.☝?

Very often I will overhear someone say their birthdate or age & have to do a double take in disbelief.
.
They will be 28 or 33...and look well over 40! Like they just turned a corner & gave up on feeling good & being happy.
.
It makes me sad to see that so many ppl think they are past their prime & there’s no going back but it’s just UNTRUE!
.
EVERYONE deserves to feel strong & sexy, if you don’t, wake up and make a change!
