I choose to go deep inside + focusing deeply on my best work for you. That is what ki yo tsukete truly is. I honour myself + my work. I keep getting asked what my definition of being well/what wellness truly is & here’s how much it’s shifted since I’ve walked away from the basic mags and clickbait, to my ancestors + my heritage. True Wellness is: ancestry: it’s what our ancestors in ancient lands practiced, before technology appeared. resilience: it’s being resilient in all times of stress + turmoil— it is to stay calm + to practice gaman watching: it’s watching those who are older, wiser and who have lived through war, famine + true struggle. Say less, observe more. embracing: it’s wishing others well + being graceful in their flight to success. loving others sincerely: it’s loving others with my whole heart + giving them my best, sincerely. being mindful: it’s being ? percent present right now + living in the moment. Stop looking around & start looking within. kansha: it’s the Japanese practice of being grateful through all others, for others and with others. Kansha ?? With deep gratitude + kindness comes kintsugi, allowing your heart to grow, mend and heal + seal with gold. being real: being real is wellness. Doing good things, bad things + all around being you. Never being perfect, acceptance + having respect for all, your body, mind and yourself. Cultivating more inner peace. What is true wellness to you!? That is what ki yo tsukete truly is. I honour myself + my work.
I keep getting asked what my definition of being well/what wellness truly is & here’s how much it’s shifted since I’ve walked away from the basic mags and clickbait, to my ancestors + my heritage.
True Wellness is:
