Happy Saturday! Today, I’m getting all my shopping done for the first week of the Fresh Start Spring Cleanse (starts Monday!). I’ll be hitting up my fav grocery store, @traderjoes, to get the rainbow of fresh produce, nuts, seeds, spices, herbs, and nut milks.

Here’s why it’s my fav store:

1. The prices are really good for the great quality.
2. It’s 25% of the size of most grocery stores
3. It’s way less overwhelming when decided between brands
4. They have great prices on flowers and plants in the front of the store.
5. The workers wear hawaiian shirts. #islandtime
6. They always have food and drink samples.
7. They have 95% of the items I need when doing our Fresh Start Cleanse.
