As I’m on my way to meet the author of Four Fish, Paul Greenberg, I keep thinking about how far I’ve came since I started this new sport. I discovered a world didn’t know existed (and didn’t know I had access to!) and I also discovered incredibly tasty fish species I’ve never heard of. As the world consumes mostly salmon, cod, sea bass and tuna, we are passing on many good fish and it’s often at the detriment of the planet.
