Woke up early to hike #camelback AGAIN while I’m in Scottsdale for a mastermind event. My quads are like rubber now and I just downed 30 oz of water! It was no joke! I’ve realized I’m truly addicted to nature and can’t get enough of exploring it. (I get why @melissa_hartwig calls it #church. Stress melts away + ideas flourish + creation is exalted.)

Thankful to have women in my life (like @physicalkitchness and Jen) who are up for my crazy nature adventures. Find your people- they are out there!!!

Speaking of... I’ve decided to run the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim-to-rim this fall with @cdvandy90. It’s 40+ miles and training officially starts Monday. .
