Try this big boy for starters:
4 cups spinach ?
1 cup mango ?
1/2 cup pineapple ?
1/2 cup peaches ?
1 banana ?
2 1/2 cups water ? .
Blend spinach and water together first. Then add remaining fruit and blend again. Serves 3
