Some people think the sunrise is best at Machu Picchu, but I actually prefer the late afternoon light (when this image was captured). Some people think that rain will ruin the shot, but I would relish the opportunity to see this magical place in cloudy and interesting weather. Some people hate having people in the shots at this busy tourist place, but you can very effectively use people in photographs to help show the scale of the ruins.
