One thing that really bugs me is when people take fitness too seriously. I’m all for feeling and looking good from the inside out, I absolutely love training and have made it a big part of my life but I see so many people using fitness negatively - starving themselves, throwing evil looks at others in the gym who aren’t in as good a condition, taking themselves too seriously thinking they’re gods gift and losing the fun and love for fitness by becoming obsessed and moody over it. If it’s not a positive and uplifting experience for you then why put yourself through it? I’ll always enjoy fitness for the energetic, enjoyable and friendly activity that it is - the next time you see somebody smiling and having fun in the gym smile back my darlings and say hello, the world doesn’t have to be dog eat dog -----------------------
