It was a GOOD DAY! ☀️??? I was SO nervous for this with the paces they gave me .. probably as nervous as for regionals not even kidding

BUT I just absolutely LOVE when these two give me a workout that I have no clue HOW I am going to hit .. but I do what they say & then I CAN!

Sometimes these two coaches of mine believe in me first .. then I prove them right! ?❤️?? .. ended up being faster than the pace so that was my “so much faster than you thought huh?!” Ahaha ?
