The late afternoon clouds that rolled in from the east enveloped the island of Steeple Jason in a dazzling, pigmented shade of purple-pink. Steeple Jason, in the Falklands Island, not only harbours the largest black-browed albatross colony in the world, but is overflowing with many other species, making it one of the world’s finest natural spectacles.
