the most surprising part of this career, I have only become more humbled by the work.
there is no ego when all you’ve got left is your craft + your talent. It is truly all I have left to give, selflessly. I still get down on my knees + work like it was my first day on the job. I may have chosen one of the toughest industries to pioneer + no, it has not been easy- not by any stretch. But, you all gave me so much grace, I honour that.
I learn so much, each day + truly the most I’ve learned is that “gaman” #endurance (with great resilience) is actually the trade secret for the most successful individuals.
I’ll be writing + shooting some more beautiful + thoughtful summer Ginger Zest @belvederevodka recipes for you + they, very much like my family & my Polish roots ??+ Japanese — both the epitome of grace, honour tradition + integrity.
When you’ve got something good, be honest, keep it real + truly, let your work speak for itself.
