Today’s BOOTY BURN! ??? (exercise 4 is my favourite!! ?) We all love a good butt workout but did you know that having strong glutes can help improve your technique in running, squats, lunges, walking and pretty much every lower body exercise!! ? Strong glutes can also prevent overuse injuries like knees, lower back, hips, shin splints & ankles! ??

Try 20 reps (each side) of exercise 1-4...have a 1min rest then repeat ?? *Make sure you switch ON your core and don’t let your lower back arch and over activate!!
Add these glute burners to the end of every workout you do and I promise you’ll notice the difference! ?? #bootyworkout #glutes
