Every amazing pizza starts with an incredible dough. Inspired by our travels in Naples, p302 in #JamieCooksItaly, me and @gennarocontaldo came up with this incredible crisp, thin, fluffy and delicate base. Whilst on the top of the hill, at midnight, in Naples, we couldn't not make the most famous pizza in the world, the pizza margherita.
