What can I say wild Blackberries just got perfectly ripe guys!! There so so so delicious. And thus far the classic Apple and Blackberry pie are a must+ vanilla custard...wow just heaven. I’ve added a big handful to some home made vinegar which is truly a joy to cook cook with in so many ways (after a few weeks use it for dressings marinades balancing gravy’s for meat dishes and many other things) Ive made some into compote with the leaves for breakfast eating and I’ve frozen 3 kg for later on in the year what do you like to do with blackberries??? I’ll check your comments to make sure I’m doing my very best to make the v best of this free, abundant, super nutritious, delicious amazing food that grows all over then place what you thinking guys ???? Love joxxx
