I really don’t do strict diet for myself. I just know the difference between skinny with lil muscles and gained but being healthy with muscles. And you can’t compare your body to others. Keep focusing on yourself if you want to be happier and make things better. That’s what I have been telling myself and I am learning a lot from my life now. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
極端なダイエットはここ2年やってこなかったけど、細くて少し筋肉ある2016年と体重も増えて見た目も大きくなったけど健康的に見えて筋肉もある今の自分とを比べると違いは明らかに分かるし、どっちがいいかなんて人それぞれ。自分と他人を比べても意味が無いから、こうやって過去の自分と比べて、今が良いって思えるならそれが1番じゃないかなと。結局、自分の身体は自分のものだから納得できるように可能なうちは追求し続けてたいなと思う。
