The Transition Game⚡️. What makes a middle blocker so threatening?! In my opinion, it’s being a threat with no approach, being available off the net and finding ways to get up in transition to provide a big kill to end a long rally.
Working hard in transition and being available in less than perfect situations is one of the biggest ways for younger middles to separate themselves from other dominate middles.

The best feeling I get during a game is after an attacker gets past the block and my defenders make a great touch to my setter.

It doesn’t mater if the touch is perfect, I have faith in myself and I know I will be able to transition from blocking into the air so my setter can find me.

My 3 ?s to being great in transition:
1. Work hard to get past the 10ft line
2. Being vocal for your setter, so they know where to find you.
3. Most importantly, having an aggressive step close.

Being great in transition is huge for your team but you got to work for it, time after time no mater what!
