Have you ever felt like one person, YOU, can’t make a difference to a problem as massive as global #climatechange?
How do we tackle this... • transport is the 2nd largest source of emissions (aka polluter) so walking, cycling, using public transport or having a hybrid/electric/small car is.. ?? • become vegetarian or eat less meat (meat is one of the main contributors to climate change) ? • recycle ♻️ • vote for leaders who prioritize the environment ?? • switch to green power/renewable energy (eg. rooftop solar) or even better encourage your company/business to switch to #renewableenergy ? • move your money to banks that don’t invest in #fossilfuels (you can check this through Market Forces) • avoid purchasing plastic • shop with paper bags & carry a keep cup (for take away coffee✌?) • say ‘no thanks mate’ to plastic straws and plastic bags! ☹️? • buy Paul Hawken’s book "Drawdown" it outlines the top ways of reducing carbon pollution and regenerating the Earth ? • buy a fridge without HCFC’s • encourage local, state and federal governments reps to support renewable energy • energy efficiency, try using LED globes ?
