Today’s adventure: 1 rep max back squats. This is 165 lbs. My max is like 180lbs but I was so sore today I wasn’t going to push it ESPECIALLY knowing “Karen” 150 wall balls for time was right after (This was my first time and I got 9:27 with a 14 lb ball) 😅 Finished off with GHD sit ups (3 sets of 20) and Butterfly sit ups (3 sets of 15). Both are probably my favorite variation of sit ups now because the soreness is always real and because ABS 💁🏻‍♀️ What did you train today? - 📦 @crossfitfortius
