オーナー・丸山智博さんの想いが詰まったビストロ「AELU」は、わざわざ海外からもこの店でしか味わえない料理・酒・器・空間を求めてたくさんのお客さんが詰めかける人気店だ。
店名には、日本料理の技法である「和える」と様々な出会いが生まれる場であってほしいという「会える」の2つの意味が込められている。
まさに「AELU」はそんな出会いに満ちているお店だ。
丸山さんが選び抜いた器でナチュラルワインや日本酒、あるいはジンを季節の食材を活かした料理と一緒に楽しむ。

AELU / I would like to continue creating the original food culture trend rather than pursuing the trend overseas. Bistro “AELU” is filled with owner Mr. Chihiro Maruyama’s passion and a very popular restaurant where many guests come all the way from overseas to experience the cuisine, alcohol, plates, and space. The name “AELU” derived from “AELU” (dressing food with condiments) of Japanese cuisine technique, and “AELU” (to meet) so that the restaurant can be a place for people to meet. “AELU” is exactly the place where it’s full of encounters. Enjoy natural wine, Japanese sake, or gin with carefully selected glasses by Mr. Maruyama along with the cuisine utilizing seasonal ingredients. A moment of supreme bliss where you think to yourself “I’m glad that there is a bistro like this in Tokyo.”
