Hard workout + not feeling great? ??‍♀️ I have just recipe for you below! I just did 3 miles of hills while battling some sort of cold. Crazy to think I’ll be running 44 miles of the Grand Canyon next week. My mental game has got be strong to make it. #mindovermatter

This recipe does the body good after a tough workout. It helps reduce inflammation and replenish electrolytes after a serious sweat ? session.

Immune Boost Smoothie
1 apple, quartered, core removed
1⁄2 frozen banana
2 kale leaves, stems removed
1 celery stick, quartered
1⁄2 lemon, seeds removed, peeled
1⁄4 cup parsley leaves
1-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled, optional
2 cups coconut water
1 cup ice .
Blend and enjoy!
