A few months ago, I was listening to the Tim Ferris podcast and on it, he played an excerpt from a book called “Essentialism” by Greg Mckeown.
The core idea is to identify the essentials in your life, and then to eliminate the rest so that you can give them your full energy and attention.
A truly fascinating concept to me and one that I’m slowly trying to implement in my own life and business.
There was one thing he said that really stuck with me:
“Find the most important thing and then keep the most important thing as the most important thing.”

Gentle reminder that family should be one of your most important things.
Don’t get caught up in the grind and hustle to the point that you forget to phone in to the ones who really matter.
