Work on your stability and abdominal strength with these three Pilates exercises you can do anywhere. Save the post and take it with you to the training floor 💦 Let’s get started!
👉Oblique Roll Back - Lean back, extend your arms parallel to the floor and twist your torso. Repeat 5 times on each side.
👉Criss Cross- Lie on your back in neutral spine, rotate your upper body while pulling in opposite knee, one at a time. Repeat 8-10 times.
👉Side Bend - Reach your arm overhead in a “T” position, lift your ribcage toward the ceiling, and bring your arm overhead. Repeat 3-5 times per side.
