During yesterday‘s Thanksgiving activities there was a moment between the turkey, pies and laughter that I was overcome with gratitude. The feeling washed over me as I looked at my grandparents and thought about everything and everyone that came from the love of these two people. At 90 and 89 years of age they are responsible for the lives of 70 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. As I sat there watching them, feeling the magnitude of all they’ve done I was reminded that life is so much more than Social media. So much more than Black Friday sales, cool clothes, cars and vacations. While it’s fine to like those things I also like knowing that Family is and will always be the coolest thing. Let’s all treat each other a little more like family. Love a little bit more, forgive more and allow ourselves to be in awe of the world we are all a part of! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
