Barbara and Blitz. Thank you @guidedogsofamerica for a fantastic Anniversary present! As many of you know last Tuesday we lost our #blacklab Cash. The chances of a dog coming up for adoption at Guide Dogs are rare. But this one year German Shepard did not make it as a seeing eye dog. There standards are tough. We found ourselves in the enviable position of being able to make a donation and adopting a handsome and well trained dog! God works in wondrous ways! Our broken heart has been filled with the arrival of “Blitz” ! Thank you and for any of you who are not familiar with Guide Dogs of America please check them out and the great work they do giving sight to the blind with the companionship of a dog!
