The humble red cabbage. Probably one of the most affordable veg out there. Cooked with rosemary, apple, fennel seeds and balsamic, mixed with crispy smoked bacon, this dish is wonderful both hot and cold! So cook it up hot with your Christmas dinner and then serve the leftovers cold the next day with your Boxing Day feast. Recipe in my bio!
